If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is at your own cost and risk.
- We cannot accept returns for any products that have been used, even once, or have had the original packaging removed.
- As the customer, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the wrong item was sent by us.
- Customized items (e.g. bats that have been oiled, knocked-in, or had face sheets applied) cannot be cancelled or returned once customization has been done.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, and the refund lowers your order total below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for cancelled orders before shipping.
- If paid via PayPal, a 3.5% fee will be deducted due to PayPal’s non-refundable transaction policy.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
⚠️ Note on Cricket Bats:
Cricket bats are made of natural willow, and their durability depends on proper use. Damage caused by misuse is not eligible for return or refund.
